I found this by searching for another project.
It can simulate an Arduino Uno, Mega and Nano and Pi Pico, ESP32 and STM32.
And has some projects/games like Pong, Simon says etc. Or traffic light for Pi Pico.
I think there are other similar simulators, but this one seems easier and has nice projects.
