Vic-20 smpl (1985)

I found this and first thought of a joke. But it seems to be real. But extremely rare. Never heard of it before.

In italian, I can’t even read at all. If it is for Television Video broadcast,
there I can see why it was so rare,

Google Translate provides an acceptable English version:

Most of the original text there is in English. (Below the photos).

According to the 8-Bit Guy, this was a pretty common thing in industrial automation back in the day. It was a cheap way for companies to get digital control systems on their production lines to take stock VIC-20s and just make a custom faceplate / keyboard for them with a proprietary firmware ROM. The buttons emit the same same signals that the keyboard keys in those locations normally produce, but are interpreted by the firmware for whatever specific purpose the custom unit is designed to fill.
