Unknown small Siemens PCB / electronic/electric part and Siemens product lines

I recently found this part on ebay categorized under PLC parts.
siemenspcb
I haven’t found any similar images on the web and haven’t found it by the part number.
And what is that silver part?
No parts/contacts on the other side.
After some days of research, I now think this is from a medical device (MRI/MRT/CT) like the Magnetom or Phantom series due to K2025 / K2115 on other parts.
The K2025 is part of the Model No, on the other side is a bar code and another number starting with S01, what is a serial No.
I first thought this might be from a mainframe, or a washing machine. There are thousands of parts for all kind of machines.

During research, I found these Simens product lines, most are PLC based, but the most relevant is the SIMATIC line S3/S5/S7. I only found 3 on Wikipedia, maybe there are even more

sicomp
simatic
sinumeric (CNC)
sitrans (sensors)
simotras
simodrive
simovert
simogear (motor)
simdas
simirel
sidac
sinaut
sinec
siregraph (medical/xray)
sirona (medical/dental)
sirius
sitop
silux
siprotec
sibas (Bahn Automatisierungs system) train
syntegra (train)

Teleperm (rack)
Magnetom (MRI medical)

That part with the semicircular aspect looks to me like a variable capacitor. If there’s no knob, it would be not a user adjustment but a factory adjustment, so think of it as a trimmer, to be set during production (or maintenance.)
