TelePAC ? Pre-internet TCP/IP network 1981 ? EDNET


Another term I found on EMAS /DEIMOS sources is TelePAC (ednet0187.txt). There are different meanings.
Maybe it’s this at least TCP and date would fit. Wikipedia only knows a teletext service from Portugal ~1985, but this site is also about telext
