Homebrew electronics pioneer Don Lancaster has passed away at 83: Obituary for Don Lancaster - The Gila Herald.
Designer of the TV Typewriter (a very early terminal for hobbyists), author of numerous books, somewhat obsessive PostScript programmer and kindly curmudgeon who wrote with great humour. He will be missed.
