I am working on a Packard Bell Legend 610 PC. It does freeze and will not boot when I have a hard drive (formatted to FAT32, and SATA) to an adapter (converts SATA to PATA). I have the adapter set as Master. Any ideas, or will this not work?
Welcome! I don’t know… but I will guess that not all adapters are equal, so the details will probably be important. I see you have engaged over on the VCFed forums which will probably reach a bigger audience than here.
