Memotech's MTX machines - 8 bit, huge RAM

These machines are relatively rare, but apparently quite robust and usable. Perhaps they are what MSX might have been? The Register says “Very possibly the second-best British micro of the early 1980s” in their history article.

“RetroManCave” has just released a dedicated video on the Memotech MTX 512 on YouTube. A really interesting machine! The amount of RAM (up to 512 K internally and 768 K in total) is just insane for a dedicated home user’s machine in 1983. And £ 275 for the MTX 500 base model was still reasonably priced.
