I don’t think it’s Peter Onion though - Peters beard is much, much longer!

(Can’t help with identifying this chap in the blue shirt, but Peter Onion is much more bearded - he’s in a white shirt in one of the other Twitter photos. Also see his profile picture, in his reply.)
