Data 620 transistor minicomputer

Notably, Data Machines was a division of Decision Control, Inc. (DCI), which became Varian – and with this the Data 620i became the Varian 620i. It’s under this latter designation that we find documentation and even some paper tape images at Bitsavers:

I am certain the Usagi folks would be happy for any schematics.

There are some schematics in the July 1969 maintenance manuall but, it seems, at this point it had been repacked into a more DEC-like form factor. No idea what that may mean for the various cards and backplanes.
