That board at 4:24 is really beautiful – and well, the cables… intimidating, I’d say, especially, if you have to mend them…
I suspect the cable wires are color coded, but still a pain.
The hardest part would be finding new ends if one needed to change a cable.

Obviously the grandfather of all PLCs.
I never saw that or similar before.
Other PLC’s are the PDP-14 and PDP-16. Both needed a PDP-8 to program them.
