Unknown programming station EPROM and printer and other computers Sweden 1979

I found this interesting clip on YouTube. Some known computers and devices, an ABC80, a PDP, I think PDP-15, a modem etc. One unknown industrial device at minute 6.
But what is this programmer device/teleprinter at around 10’50?

There are close-ups of the EPROM device and a printout. But not of the printer and control panel. I first thought, the upper part is a disk station (not deep enough for disks) or station for tapes.

Image search suggests a TI Silent 700 with twin cassettes:

It seems to imply, that you do all your work offline on cassette, then later connect high speed to a main frame for on line use, kind of a mini-card to mag-tape device.
Nice device, but the special paper may have discouraged sales.

The paper is the standard paper for thermal fax machines; I’m sure it was less common then than it ultimately became, but it’s very cheap, now.

I recognize the Texas Instrument Silent 700 printing terminal, which prints using a 5x7 dot matrix on thermal paper. It has dual cassette tape drives in the large rectangular object that is black in the front.
