Two CPUs - or three, depending on how you count. Advert and commentary here on nosher.net:
The machine itself was a little unusual in running three processors - a Motorola 6809, a Zilog Z80A and NEC’s 7220 graphics processor to supports its hi-res 512x512 display. It retailed for £3,200
It’s got a unique look about it too: see this Flickr album.
Wikipedia tells us that Tangerine designed the Tiger but then moved on to make the low-cost Oric line.
(I highly recommend, for a rainy day, or a rainy weekend, or a heatwave, browsing through all of the adverts and commentaries collected at nosher.net)
