A computer with sufficiently flexible video output can produce a signal suitable for a Teletext-capable TV. As mentioned here

I never had dual screen on my Amiga, but now I know how to do it … one output attached to a monitor (with no teletext) and another attached to a TV with teletext on…

How delightfully useless! Oops except it isn’t useless. The second screen could be useful for a text shell …
