RetroTechUK 2025

At the weekend @Revaldinho and I visited RetroTechUK, an annual event mostly about vintage audio, from cylinders to gramophones to hifi separates. And radio, from valves to transistors. But there are usually some retrocomputing things to be seen - we did eventually spot a PET 4032 which had already sold, and there was an Acorn Electron and a Sinclair ZX Spectrum. Also a very small handful of calculators - a Commodore PR100 which I found slightly tempting but didn’t buy.

And then, there was a whole collection of CPU chips, from 4004 and 4040 to Transputer and beyond. Here’s a very small album:
