Searching for some PLC stuff (see upcoming thread), I found this PC Emulator via this blog called Obsolete Madness.
The github is here. Not sure how useful this PC emulator is. There are others including online ones.
Peter Godwin has some more blogs on wordpress .com, active since 2010. Virtually Fun is probably the best one, maybe already known.
