The one on the top shelf is a Computer Automation Alpha LSI/02 or similar.
As I noted, “Quite a collection of TI calculators on the bottom shelf, also a couple of HPs!”
I found a page about Reuters’ network equipment showing LSI machines as seen on the top shelf.
